As some of you know, Veronica Wolkow teaches yoga every Tuesday and Saturday at the Garden. These outdoor Hatha yoga classes are designed to help you develop balance and strength both in your mind and body. While we may not be able to get together in person for these classes right now, practicing mindfulness and finding balance is needed now more than ever so we asked Veronica to put together a short video to help lead you through some poses, deep breathing, and mindful exercises.
