After an amazing run over the past four months, SOAR – Tropical Butterflies will be coming to an end this Saturday. The exhibit was a success thanks to the Garden’s many visitors, volunteers and docents, but also thanks to the sponsors of the exhibit. Here’s a message from a GOLD Sponsor, California Water Service:

“California Water Service has been proud to support South Coast Botanic Garden’s inaugural SOAR – Tropical Butterflies exhibit. The Garden’s innovative and exciting SOAR exhibit has given over 40,000 visitors a unique opportunity to be immersed in the fascinating world of pollinators. The colorful water-wise pollinator-friendly plantings throughout SOAR showed us how to help the environment and our butterfly friends while saving money on our monthly water bill. Cal Water is here to help you learn how to create your own drought and pollinator-friendly Garden. Click here to learn more.”

The Garden has remained open to serve the community by being a place to encourage wellness and health through nature and open space. Please help keep us open for years to come by considering a gift to the Garden. You can do so here.
