A hybrid created at the Los Angeles Arboretum in the 1970’s between Tabebuia impetiginosa (pink flower) andTabebuia chrysotricha (yellow flower) which was given the cultivar name of ‘Apricot.’ This plant also is known as the Dwarf Trumpet Tree.
