While spring is the season for native wildflowers to bloom, fall is when they set seeds and prepare for next year’s blossoms. Flowers like the bladder pod and California poppy continue to bloom while producing seed pods. The Rare Fruit Orchard is also bustling with activity. Right now, the kiwi vines are heavy with fruit.
