As the mornings get crisp and fall continues, the irises in Memorial Meadow are starting to bloom again, showing off their lovely shades of violet, yellow, soft pink and a deep red that’s almost black. These blooms, like the ones that inspired van Gogh, bring a burst of color that’s perfect for this time of year. To truly enjoy their beauty, make sure to come see them in person—but be sure to bring a sweater! And listen to Georgiann Keller’s audio blog below for more information on what’s happening in the Garden this week.
