Looking for a fun, family-friendly activity this holiday season? Join us for the Parent & Me: Gingerbread House-Inspired Bird Feeders workshop, where creativity, nature and quality time come together for a heartwarming experience. Happening Sunday, December 15, and Saturday, December 21, this festive event offers two sessions each day: 11 a.m.–noon and 2–3 p.m. It’s the perfect way to kick off winter with your little ones, friends or the entire family!
The workshop begins with a short nature walk to introduce you to the feathered and furry visitors who might stop by your bird feeder this season. Then, it’s time to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa and dive into decorating your bird feeder. Using paper mâché bases and an assortment of seeds, you’ll “glue” on your decorations with peanut butter or a nut-free alternative for those with allergies. Each ticket equals one feeder, making it easy to plan for groups or families who want to work on multiple creations.
This workshop is a fantastic way to attract birds, squirrels and other wildlife to your yard, giving you a chance to watch nature’s activity right outside your window. Whether you’re attending with kids, a group of friends, or as a family, this is a great way to connect with loved ones and the great outdoors.
