Beatlemania is about to sweep the Garden! The BeaTunes will have your toes tapping and your hips shaking to all your classic favorites, like Twist and Shout, Revolution, Penny Lane and Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. The BeaTunes take an earnest approach with the extensive music catalog of the Beatles – no wigs, no costumes, just great sounding renditions of some of the best songs of all time.

July 25 – John Williams Night with the PV Symphonic Band – SOLD OUT!
Grab your popcorn box and enjoy a night at the movies courtesy of this 40+ piece community ensemble which features professional and amateur musicians of all ages and professions. The Band has dubbed this performance “Dinosaur Wizards from Space” as they will celebrate the music of iconic film composer, John Williams, known for his work on Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Star Wars and Indiana Jones.

August 1 – Crooner Night with Jerry Costanzo and his Gotham City Swingers
Vocalist and bandleader, Jerry Costanzo has garnered acclaim among jazz and swing enthusiasts spanning multiple generations. His renditions of classic tunes from the “Great American Songbook,” along with iconic songs by legends such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Darin, Nat Cole, and others, coupled with the sight and sound of the great big bands, create an immersive experience that transports you back to an era when this sultry and swinging music was all the rave.

August 8 – Superstar Sitar Night with Ronobir Lahiri 
Back by popular demand, Ronobir Lahiri returns to the Sunset Series for his third performance, featuring a memorable mashup of pop music uniquely played on the classical Indian sitar. Expect the unexpected, including songs from the BeeGees, Justin Bieber, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Ed Shereen, Beyonce, and Marvin Gaye. Ronobir has been featured on albums from Katy Perry, Ziggy Marley and Lil Nas X. He’s performed at the Hollywood Bowl, and was recently featured as a voice actor in the Disney film, Elemental.
