  • Where do guests park? There is plenty of FREE parking at the Garden.

  • What should guests bring? Bring comfortable shoes for a lot of walking, appropriate clothing for the weather and an umbrella if it’s raining (GLOW takes place rain or shine). Feel free to bring a flashlight.

  • Are tripods allowed? We want you to enjoy your GLOW walk long after you’ve left and encourage you to take pictures, but because of the constraints during a nighttime walk and for the safety of other participants, we ask that you use your handheld camera or phone and leave any monopods or tripods at home.

  • What can guests do during this time? Guests can enjoy an after-dark walk through the Garden amidst thousands of lights while listening to a curated soundtrack created for GLOW.

  • Will there be food and drinks available for purchase? No food or beverage will be available for purchase in the Garden. Guests are permitted to bring outside non-alcoholic beverages into the Garden for self-consumption. Items should be in portable containers with lids. Glass containers are not allowed. Kid-friendly snacks that can be eaten while walking are permitted.

  • Is GLOW appropriate for kids and families? Yes, this exhibition is for everyone!

  • Is there a seating area? There is no designated seating area, however, the Upper Meadow is one acre and guests can take a seat on the lawn if they need to rest. Picnicking will not be allowed during the hours of GLOW.

  • Is there anything to be aware of before purchasing a ticket? Those with sensory sensitivities and disorders should be aware of flashing lights and music throughout the walk. Wheelchair accessibility is limited to our paved paths. GLOW trail routes may be limited during heavy rain.
