Held weekly on the Koi Pond Patio, this activity is the perfect way to release tension, increase balance and improve relaxation. All ages and fitness levels welcome. One Class: $12 members / $15 Nonmembers. 10-class Flex Pass: $100 members / $125 Nonmembers. Valid for Tai Chi, Yoga, and Guided Meditation for up to six months.
