A dish garden. It’s perfect for a small patio or deck or inside your home bringing healthful benefits and joy to your life. Place it in your yard as a charming vignette that you happen upon as you explore your garden.
Jackie Coppin will demonstrate the making of a dish garden. She will discuss how to select the proper container, the best soil, and appropriate plants for your tiny garden. Learn how to care for a dish garden so that you will have years of enjoyment.
Jackie is a member of the South Coast Fuchsia Society and a life-long plant enthusiast. She propagates and grows fuchsias that are sold at the South Coast Botanic Garden. Her talks are practical and informative. She will make you want to go right home and make your own dish garden.
There will be a door prize, a plant raffle, tasty refreshments, and friendly faces. Meetings are open to the public. Walk straight up the ramp to the 2nd side door
for the meeting in Classroom A.
