The group includes an incredible lineup of musicians: Fox Fagan on bass and vocals, Jordan Jackson on keyboard and backup vocals, Luigi Devito on lead guitar, Dylan Cooper Hayden on drums, and Ruri Matthews on saxophone.
Though the band officially formed in 2022, these talented artists have been performing in various combinations for years, meeting through L.A.’s vibrant live music scene. Christina and Dylan have shared the stage for nearly a decade, while others met at local clubs and venues before deciding to form the ultimate feel-good cover band.

The name Modern Highway is a metaphor for their sound and energy. As Christina explains, “Take the 405—there are old cars, new cars, even driverless cars. We’re that mix. The classics and the modern, all traveling together in rhythm.”
