The Garden is filled with symbols of love and we have just the hunt to help you find them. This February’s On the Hunt for Love will highlight 11 plants in the Garden that represent love.

Take this hunt to learn which plants in the Garden are romantically linked to Greco-Roman mythology or which flowers are meant for secret loves according to Victorian floriography. You might even stumble across the flower that has been used to make love potions for hundreds of years (just please don’t try making your own).

Take this hunt as a family, with friends, by yourself, or with someone special to renew your love for each other or the Garden. To make it extra special, come on February 11 and 12 for a Valentine’s Day make-and-take where visitors will be able to make a small bouquet and/or card to gift their Valentine. This make-and-take activity is free while supplies last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days.  Make a date of it by grabbing a bite to eat at Dottie’s!
