Japanese Iris Ocean Mist
An iris with perennial narrow leaves that produces flowers from late spring to early summer on a stalk 3 feet high. The flowers are beardless, flat and up to 6 inches across. This iris prefers rich, heavy, moist soil if well watered in spring and summer. Less water is required the rest of the year. Photos by Laurel Woodley
