South Coast Cactus & Succulent Society Meeting with Guest Lecturer

The Cactus & Succulent Society meets in the Hall, with the exception of May, June, and December.  Due to other events they will meet in the classrooms. Second Sunday of the month.

Guest Lecturer: John N. Trager, curator of Desert Collections, Huntington Botanical Gardens, will present “Echinopsis: Queens of the Day.” Learn about this vigorous and sun-loving cactus genus which includes over 150 species native to South America. Collectors love this plant because of its large, vivid, and showy, but short-lived, blooms.John N.
