Las Candalistas, a South Bay non-profit philanthropic organization, invites you to their 44th annual spring event benefiting South Bay charities. Come enjoy a gourmet lunch in the beautiful South Coast Botanic Garden. Listen to guest speakers and Las Candalistas docents enlighten you about gardening and entertaining. Shop from our unique vendors, in addition to Las Candalistas shops featuring baked goods, garden, and specialty items. Be inspired by creative tabletop designs.

Join Faery Fauni and Faery Godmother Careen up close in an interactive walkabout in the enchanted gardens of South Coast Botanic Garden. Family Picnic Day - El Rincon CA Native Plants Garden

Bring your family for a picnic at the Garden and explore the El Rincon California Native Plants Garden, which embraces the Garden’s mission to present a model for sustainability by featuring water wise and wildlife friendly California native plants suited to dry sun and dry shade as well as plants adapted to the California wet meadow and shrubs suitable for a living fence.

Don't miss the new and improved Spring Plant Sale and Boutique on Saturday, April 20. Members get to shop the sale early from 8 -10 am before the doors open to the public. Plant sale vendors include the SCBGF Propagation Workshop, Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy, Pete’s Heirloom Tomatoes, Ricardo’s Nursery, John Matthews – "The Haworthia Guy," MB Landscaping & Nursery, Inc., Monalisa's Tropicals, Rainforest Flora Inc., Palos Verdes Begonia Society, South Coast Dahlia Society, and Al Palacio.

Members receive 10% off their plant sale purchases during the preview hours only. Line starts forming at 7 am and members must show a current membership card for entry. 
 
SOMETHING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! 
This year we've added boutique vendors and a free kids craft center. Come shop additional boutique vendors featuring Soap Exchange, Judy Brown, Independent Product Consultant for Doterra Int'l and Sweet Sugar Bath.
