This brown bug is distinguished by the enlarhed "leaves" on the hind legs.  It is most commonly seen resting on vegetation or hiding among cactus spines.  This bug feeds on plants fluids which it reaches using piercing-sucking mouthparts.  Photos by Laurel Woodley
