Fuchsia Gardens in LA County?

There used to be several public fuchsia gardens throughout the South Bay, but many (most) of them are now gone.  I was wondering if the South Coast Botanic Garden was the last one left in the County.  Does anyone know where the nearest other fuchsia garden is located?
