We invite all members, volunteers, and the community to attend the public meeting and presentation to see the culmination of work provided to us by Oasis Design Group and the dedication of staff and board members who have helped lead this process.

Ideal for garden borders and beds, pelargonium are easy to propagate. Preferring full sun they flower from spring through summer. Learn about the various species of geranium and their close cousin pelargonium. Cuttings will be supplied as well as pot and soil and instructions for planting. Knowledgeable society members will be on hand to answer any questions you have about this popular house and garden plant.

An ancient Chinese Technique emphasizing relaxation, balance, coordination, and agility, Tai Chi is a total system of exercises promoting circulation, flexibility, and inner strength, as well as mental and physical discipline. Practice Tai Chi to improve your health and rejuvenate your life! **Drop-ins on the day of the class are allowed and are $10 per class for members and $12 per class for non-members.
Docent guided Tram Tour. Tour lasts about 45 minutes and travels the Tram Road which is about a one-mile loop around the garden. Various points of interest are discussed. You will not disembark the tram.
Cost is $5 per person, payable at the admission window, on a first come, first served basis.

The Palos Verdes Symphonic Band is a local non-profit band. They play concerts at a number of different venues in the South Bay and neighboring communities. This 50 person band is led by maestro David Stanton. Their repertoire includes Big Band, jazz, show tunes, marches, and folk favorites from America and around the world. Bring a blanket and/or beach chairs and a picnic and enjoy the music of the band on the Upper Meadow.
