Dads are tough and tumbly! And they can also be huggy and soft! Come and pot a succulent for dad that is both tough and soft. We will also learn about the summer solstice and look at our shadows and discover a sun dial. In addition, we will be doing a book reading.

Beginning workshops provide hands-on instruction on composting, worm composting, grasscycling, and water-wise and fire-wise gardening. Residents can purchase a backyard or worm composting bins at a discount.

Activity presented by Rachel Enders for her Girl Scout Gold Award.Please visit the Gift Shop for more information. Picnics are not provided, but feel free to bring your own. The Upper and Lower Meadows will be open for picnicking.
