Registration and Fees Policy:
South Coast Botanic Garden Foundation (SCBGF) Visitor Services Center will collect and process fees for the course (additional materials fees may apply, materials fees are payable to instructor by cash and check only).

Fees are not prorated and cannot be split between students. Each registered student must pay the full course fee prior to course start date with an exception to “drop-in” courses or “advanced registration required” for specified courses.

Only current members will qualify for member pricing.

Class Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All classes take place outside, in the Garden. If inclement weather or a safety concern is expected, guests will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class via email. In the event of class cancelation, class ticket(s) will be refunded.

Event Ticket Policy:
A ticket is a revocable license and only grants entry into the South Coast Botanic Garden for the specified event. The date and time of the event is subject to change by the South Coast Botanic Garden Foundation (SCBGF) as a result of weather, actions, or events beyond the SCBGF’s control. No refund will be provided if ticket holder cannot attend. If the event is cancelled for any reason and unable to be rescheduled, the SCBGF’s liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price. If event is rescheduled, you will be contacted with the new date and time as soon as possible.

Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incident to the event or related events, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury. Ticket holder agrees that the SCBGF and its respective agents and employees are not liable for injuries or other damage that may result from such risks and dangers.

Ticket holder grants to the SCBGF and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image, or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the event, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial and/or promotional purposes of the SCBGF and its designees.

All sales are final. Except as referenced herein, there will be no refund, credit, or exchange of tickets. Tickets obtained from a source other than the SCBGF may be lost, stolen, counterfeit, or invalid. Lost, stolen, counterfeit, or invalid tickets may not be honored. The resale of tickets on Garden property is strictly prohibited; any violation may result in the revocation of tickets. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us. Should replacement tickets be issued, they will take precedence over the original tickets. If you are unable to attend the event, you may donate your tickets to the SCBGF as a tax-deductible contribution. Please notify us at (424) 452-0920 at least 24 hours in advance of the performance.
