When we have the opportunity to take yoga out of the studio and into a natural setting, we can experience the true beauty in the practice. In these eight weeks, feel the peace and energy of the garden become one with you. The pace and difficulty of this class is appropriate for most individuals. Each class will begin with joint opening, progress to deeper stretches and flows, and ultimately be guided into meditation. Please bring a mat and dress for the outside. In the event of rain, we will still have class, but we may need to move it inside.
