Common Yellowthroat

Scientific Name: 
Geothylypis trichas

A small, stocky bird, with tail often raised, it belongs to the Wood-Warbler family. Both male and female have a plain olive upperside, rounded tail, and low flight. The black mask of the adult male distinguishes it from other Warblers.
